Deck Logs Request

If you only need a Deck Log to prove your ship meet the requirements for either the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act of 2019 or The PACT ACT, please fill out only the Deck Log Request page . 

You have three choices: 

1. A Deck Log Page with no authentication, May be done by Brad Davidson of US Navy Agent Orange Veterans (https://www.facebook.com/groups/193693969796411).  He does this for free

2. A Deck Log Page with authentication and Plot. ($25)

3. Dead Reckoning (see note), which will include a Dead Reckoning Plot, a Deck Log Page, and authentication. $75 

Payments can be made by PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Check, or Money Order

◼︎ Guam and the territorial waters (01/06/62 - 07/31/80)

◼︎ American Samoa and the territorial waters (01/06/62 - 07-31/80)

◼︎ Johnston Atoll, or a ship called there - (01/01/72 - 09/30/77)

NOTE: To be very honest, Dead Reckoning is of more use during an appeal or when in front of a judge. Your VSO or Attorney can use it to explain that the ship was within the Territorial Sea of Vietnam or Guam. Don't be discouraged if you claim is at first denied, the VA uses a tool called the Ship locator Tool to verify if the ship was within the Territorial Sea and this only uses the locations at 0800, 1200, or 2000 to verify.
